Q3.What happens if my items are damaged during shipping?
A3. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping please contact us at (631)472-6225. Replacement will be sent or credit will be given.

Q4. Can orders be delivered to Post Office Boxes?
A4.No, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes because UPS does not deliver to the US Post Office.

Q5.How long will it take to receive my order?
A5.Orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days of placement. Delivery time will be approximately 10 to 15 days depending on location and season.

Q7.How do I return defective merchandise?
A7.AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT To obtain our authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call us within 30 days of purchase.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: a. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by us. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. b. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned to you and shipping cost of return will be charged.
